Eurener solar panels: warranty and cleaning
How long your Eurener panels are covered for, and how to look after them safely.
Eurener panels are built to last for decades with very little care. Here's what you need to know about the warranty and keeping them clean.
Your warranty
Eurener panels come with two kinds of warranty.

Do panels need cleaning?
In most of England, rain does most of the work. Panels fitted at a reasonable angle clean themselves fairly well. Eurener recommends cleaning only as often as your conditions need. Homes near farms, busy roads, trees or the coast may need it more often.
If you do clean them
When cleaning:
- Clean when the panels are cool, such as early morning or evening.
- Use clean water low in minerals, so it doesn't leave marks.
- Use a soft sponge, cloth or soft brush.
- Don't use anything abrasive or harsh chemicals.
- Don't wipe dirt off when dry, as this can scratch the glass coating.
Things to look out for
From the ground, it's worth looking now and then for cracked glass, loose cables, nesting birds or new shading from trees. If you spot anything, don't touch it and let us know.
