Unfortunately, we have no control over this decision from Duracell, and would encourage you to forward your feedback regarding this decision on to them directly.

Please be aware that solar PV generation is much lower during winter months than it will be in the rest of the year. This is expected behaviour and does not indicate an issue with your solar PV system.
