I have changed my internet provider and my monitoring is offline, what do I do?

You just need to pair your system back up to your internet connection.



Within the growatt ShinePhone app Support menu, you can find a guide on pairing your system to your internet. With some models of monitoring system, you may need to go in to your home router settings and split your 5G and 2.4G wifi bands, and pair to the 2.4G band
